This policy explains what personal information Art Surgeon collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, email address, message, the type of inquiry and, if relevant, the artwork you asked about.
• Course enrolment: your name, email address and the payment reference you share with us after paying by UPI. We do not collect or store card or bank details.
• Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit spam and repeated submissions. Your raw IP address is not stored with your submissions.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, arrange a sale or commission, and send related emails.
• To confirm your course payment and give you access to the course materials.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the website.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database and file storage, where submissions and course materials are kept.
• Resend: sends the emails described above on our behalf.
• Vercel: hosts the website and may log basic request data for security and reliability.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is used only for the administrator sign-in.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to three years afterwards. Course purchase records are kept for as long as access is active and for accounting purposes after that. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email osvats.art@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes and governing law

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
