Refunds & Returns

Original artwork

• Inspect your artwork when it arrives. If it is damaged in transit or is not as described, email osvats.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the piece and its packaging.
• If we confirm the damage or mismatch, we will repair, replace or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
• Otherwise, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, undamaged and sent back in its original protective packaging. You pay return shipping and original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the piece.

Commissions

Commissioned and made-to-order pieces are not returnable or refundable, unless the finished work has a quality problem caused by us, in which case we will fix it or refund you.

Courses

• Courses are digital and non-refundable once access has been granted, because the content is available to you straight away.
• If you paid but have not yet been given access, or you were charged more than once, tell us and we will correct it or refund the extra payment.
• If a course is not as described, contact us and we will review it fairly. This does not limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
