By using this website, sending an inquiry or buying a course you agree to these terms.

Artwork

• Artworks listed as Available are original pieces. A listing is not a binding offer until we confirm availability, price and delivery with you by email.
• Buying an artwork transfers the physical piece only. Art Surgeon keeps the copyright and reproduction rights unless agreed in writing.
• Commissions are made to a brief agreed with you. Details, timelines and price are confirmed in writing before work starts.
• Colours may look slightly different on your screen from the physical piece.

Courses

• Courses are paid for manually by UPI. Access is granted after we confirm your payment, via a private link sent to your email.
• Your access link is personal. Do not share, resell or republish course videos, guides or downloads. We may revoke access that is shared or misused.
• Access may have an end date, which is stated when your access is confirmed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access areas that are not public, or send spam or unlawful content through the forms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, text and course content on this site belong to Art Surgeon and may not be copied or used without permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
